Ah, Mazda just did some cheapo things on the S5 cars, trying to save a buck or two.

Man, I didn't know all this stuff was going to generate this much interest.
Sorry to the Kouki guys, as the diagram is for Zenki fuel rails.  If you want to keep your Kouki fuel rails (they are much larger ID), you need to cut off the ends and weld on steel AN male fittings to match up with the AN hardware.  The rest of the diagram should work for you - in fact, it might be cheaper to cut and weld steel male AN's than to go with the aluminum adapters for the Zenki fuel rails.
Hey Crusader_9x, you only need one splitter, as the aftermarket FPR are usually dual inlet design.

Where's the write up for this Ted? I have my manifolds off right now since I ripped out the vacuum rack, so I might as well do this since I'm putting in 4 720s, a adjustable fpr, a T04B, and a boatload of other stuff over the winter.

when i didi this i switched to s4 turbo rails but i have no clue if s4 na rails are the same or not. u ca nuse the socketless hose(non braided) it holds up to plenty of heat and pressure and is easy as hell to install. oh yeah its alot cheaper to. thats what i used.

I have 2 very simple questions.
- What Implications will I have If I opt to use s4 TII Rails on my s5 TII, as far as fitting them on? I remember something like they are not direct bolt ons.
- How are you connecting the braided line to the Fuel Filter and return line?

Not sure about the first question but to the second question is use a hard line adapter. They sell them in -6.
I wouldn't use clamps especially on s/s lines . I've seen a few do this and it's scary.
Or, you can use the Aeroquip Push Lock hoses. They use AN barbed fittings and I assume you can use clamps on these for hard lines.

S4 rails on an S5 motor is just a simple bolt on. I had zero problems using the S4 rails on my engine. No modifications are necesary.
I can only tell you about what I am doing for that: I am running socketless -6AN adapters with non-braided lines. At the stock delivery and return lines (fuel filter included) the aeroquip hose (-6 AN socketless, non-braided) just fits over the stock metal fuel lines. I then used two stock screw clamps per hose to hold the aeroquip line to the metal fuel lines.
Hope this helps

Is it alright to do this setup with fuel lines instead of braided lines? I already have ALOT of high pressure fuel lines and don't want to spend money on the an parts.
