Restrictor Pill, need advise please.

I need to install a pill in my Turbonetics hybrid. I did quite a bit of research, but have had trouble finding answers to all my questions. I was looking or a parts list. As well, where I can find a pill, or how large to drill a hole for the passage. I would like to replace the entire run, from the banjo bolt to the turbo inlet. Any help appreciated.
Thank you!
