Restrictor Pill

Is there a restricter pill in the wastegate line on an 88TII?
If so, can I remove it and still stay at about 8 or 9 PSI with the following:

2.5 inch full turbo back exhaust
TID
Cone Filter
Ported wastegate

I would rather not put the cat back on it if possible.

It is a small bead that is used to restrict the flow in a vaccum line.
I believe ther is one in the wastegate actuator line of the Series 4 TII. I think that if I remove it, it will increase the pressure in this line therefore opening the wastegate at lower pressures.
Can anyone verify this??

I have a pill, but it's about 1" from the boost sensor which goes to my BOV, Boost gauge, and ends at my UIM.

I do not have one in my wastegate line.
