Resistor Values on Logicon Board

I've got a dead resistor and a suspect resistor on my logicon, R25 and R24. They look like they're the same value, though they're hard to read.

They both look like Blue-x-Brown-Gold, but I'm reading 8 ohms on R24 and R25 is dead, so does anyone know the correct values?

Or does there exist a circuit board diagram for the logicon?

Thanks,
Cody

which board? There are 4 different boards here in the states.

Looking at the side of the case for the Logicon there should be something like:
FB01, FB03, FC01, FC03 FB05 etc.

what is on the side of yours???

FB01 - The big board inside, says F9924A-08-01 on it.

R21 - 25 are the troublesome to read ones.

I'll post up a nifty thing telling you the resistor color meaning once I get my scanner working.

That's not the problem. The problem is that the resistor is unreadable due to it being baked and poorly colored to begin with. For example, I can't tell if the first band is blue, violet or grey, since it's so badly colored.

ah, gotcha. Either way, if the 3rd band is brown, then it has to be at least 100 ohms. Sounds to me like the resistor is more or less shorted.

That is from a 86 model year logicon.

Those are all 7.5 ohms at 1% tollerance, but I have used 5% just fine.

The colors are Violet, Green, Gold, Gold

Thank God for Icemark's electronics knowledge. And I should have thought about that since the values less than 10 have a gold multipier (3rd) band which could easily be mistaken for brown.
