I don't see anything wrong with making replica kits.
If I go out to eat at an Itallian restaurant, does it mean I'm screwing over Italy? NO.
We are talking about making something in our country that is not readily available to us. And I don't want to hear you saying that it is available from Japan, so I should just buy it from there.
You wouldn't call up Italy and order dinner would you?

Okay....we need to find that person that had quoted that. If it is true. Then we have a possiblity to have this kit. In regards to the light kit. We can figure that out ourselves...or maybe a group project.

Oh thats so unrelated, and you're just making a joke of this. I could understand on kits you can't get here. But look around, it RE Amemiya. Most of their stuff is available readily in the U.S.
That kit is sold at quite a few places. Not like you CANNOT get it without flying to Japan yourself.

NODE did you say RE AMEMIYA KITS are work of arts??...Do you know if Mr. Amemiya made the kits himself with his own hands..If he did infact made it and molded it with his own hands that i would agree that it is an art. But its probably made in the corner of Japan somewhere..

ahh shaddup
Whoever made it did a damn good job. Enough of this irrelevant crap ;-)
I only think that the front bumper is a beaut. It's so much different. Clean and flowing. Doesn't resemble the nose of the FC one bit, but still looks great.

I just want one. I dont care who makes it..replica or original..
Knockoffs are bad..but who really gives a damn except for the company who makes the original? I would seriously doubt that people would actually go buy a $2000 bumper..unless you got the money.
That's right..2000 hard earned washingtons!! I probably wouldnt be able to park the car without worrying about the my sweet FC...

So....who can make one???????????

I agree with Node that the RE front end is a work of art but is there something wrong with buying a replica of the Mona Lisa so that you can enjoy viewing the beauty without paying the millions or whatever it would cost to obtain the original?? As for a replica fitting like an original...you're gonna have to work with everything you put on regardless of maker or originality. 2 people can buy identical kits from the same manufacturer and have different installation stories. One might have had a great time with no problems while another can have a nightmare time.

Ryde or die:

I'm not sure how much that costs, I don't have any info on the kit. If you can read Japanese, there might be some info on the webpage, here's the link:
