replacing the tps

ok, call me an idiot, but i cannot figure out how to get the TPS off. There is this one screw underneath the throttle body that i can't unscrew, so i figured i would remove the throttle body, but the bottom left of it(from the left side of the car) keeps catching on the secondary fuel rail(i think thats what it is), and i cant figure out how to get it off. I have a haynes manual, but it's not helping at this point, it doesn't discuss the TPS at all.

Any suggestions on how to get this out would be helpfull. I get the feeling i have to remove the throttle body though, because there is no way i will fit any screwdriver under the throttle body.

Theres a metal clip on the bottom that holds a vacuum line in place. You need to bend this clip to get it to move and even then it take some "convincing".
