Unhappy My car keeps stalling!?

OK, Monday im on my way to school and and all of a sudden my car stalled out (its a 88 NA by the way). I got it started back after about a minute or so, and drove the rest of the way to school with no other problems. As I go to leave school I get in my car and start it, and its idleing very rough and shaking the car a bit, then as soon as I let go of the clutch the RPMs start dropping and the car begins to stall. Im a pretty big noob when it comes to these things and have no idea hwta the problem could be, so any help would be aprreciated. Thanks!

I know how to drive a manual and it'll only stall when ya let go of the clutch in a gear smart guy. I figured when I said it stalled when i let go of the clutch everyone would realize I was implying I had it in neutral. But, I guess some of us didn't.

Its either a vac leak or a faulty/dirty BAC. www.fc3s-pro.com has instructions on how to clean the BAC (I think).
