Any one of the solenoids will do. Wrecking yard will have them.
Let's see. If the nipple was broken, and that nipple was b/t the FPR and the solenoid, then you have been seeing 100 percent of the time, the atmospheric pressure that the FPR solenoid gives when it's energized for hot start. Or approx 38psi all the time on a non turbo car.
What you would not be seeing, is the fuel rail pressure being regulate at any other pressure other than approx 38psi.
Or, if that did not make sense, this will. During hot starts the normal RX-7 sees atmospheric pressure at the fpr and the fpr puts out approx 38psi.
When it's not seeing a hot start situation the fpr regulates b/t approx 28psi and 38psi.
High rail pressure during HOT START. Talking n/a's. Turbo similar.
All those solenoids are the same animal. As Icemark has said, the only difference is where the breather is installed on the solenoid. It can be pulled off and reinstalled on the other port on the solenoid.
They all get a constant 12vdc on one wire and a ground on the other wire from the ECU when the ECU decides it should have a ground. Something like that.

In short........if the nipple is broken, then the fpr thinks its in a hot start mode all the time.

Yes, any of them. There are two arrangements of the same solenoid. Look at the filter on them. It's in a different place on some vs the other. That filter pulls straight off. So either pick one that looks exactly like the fpr solenoind, or pick one of the others and arrange its filter to look just like the fpr one.
I wrote that in my first post towards the bottom.
