Replacement Mirror?

OK, so on the freeway yesterday going to school, I noticed my passenger side mirror shaking a bunch in the wind. When I got to school I looked at it and some ******* had cracked the mounting part of my mirror. My question is, how do I get the mirror off to fix it/replace it?

Start pulling on the little black plastic triangle on the inside of the car, pulling at the edge closest to the top-front of the vehicle. Be very careful, as this black plastic tends to crack (if it does, its only $15 or so brand new).
The triangle will pop off of a small clip, and reveal what you're after.

Remove the three brass-coloured phillips (star) head screws, and disconnect the single electrical connector. The mirror will now be able to be pulled off from the oustide of the vehicle.

I recommend supporting the mirror from the outside as you remove the last screw so that the mirror does not drop and scratch the paint on your door.
