There is no simple way to describe it.
Basicly all the Vents etc come out and there is screws behind that hold it in place.
Best thing to do is buy a manual and look at the dask removal in there.

Be sure not to over look the center bolt, 7mm I think b'n the the Windshield Demisters, under rectangle plate.
Start with the sides of the Dash. Remove the side plates and start unbolting.
Prior to this, remove/disconnect the Instrument Cluster and trim, Steering Wheel, Logicon, Idiot Lights, stereo and trim. Disconnect all wiring associated with It...
You will find Installation easier than removal, considering It's your first time. Don't get overwhelmed once you see the Dashboard completely removed and all wiring exposed.

i do auto glass and if you need a new windsheild have someone take it out for you b/c taking the dash out is 100 times easier with the windsheild removed ..you wont crack the dash ....i didnt take my winsheild out b/c i was lazy and ended up missing a few screws and basically chopped it up. then once i saw what i missed i was kicking my teeth in for not removing my winsheild especially when im an auto glass tech. you bet your *** im gonna remove it to put the dash back in . oh well comsmetically my dash still looks 100% . good luck with removing the dash sorry for talking to much nonsense. later
