decreased low end, no increase in top end. no reason to do it unless your system isn't working (like mine)

...try searching again

^^^I noticed (felt) power up top (3600 RPM and up) with them removed. No real dyno numbers, but from what it 'felt' like before, Big increase at the top, also due to the 2 1/2" exhaust system.
Realy big loss in bottom end torque, thou.....most cars beat me off a complete stop

I honestly didn't notice a loss in bottom end that was significant enough to change my driving style. Top end isn't affected at all. Increased diameter exhaust will kill bottom end torque but increase top end as demonstrated in the above post.

it felt like a difference in top end because you killed bottom end

This again? If you couldn't find anything searching, you suck at searching. Try looking for "aux port removal" or such.

My FC has a switch to open the ports. I can, back to back, compare how it feels with the ports open and the ports closed, and I can say it goes from "meh" down low to "totally gutless" with the ports open.

It's an N/A, it's like this:

Normal:
slow slow slow

Open:
slowest slower slow

Closed:
slow slower slowest.

Result? Either way, it's still slow, just depends on how slow you want it and where!
