Redline Products in FC NA Tranny

What to use, and where to get it?

my na tranny has some age/missed shifts on it. I remember reading up on it in an older thread, but its kinda hard to find when there tons of engine redline posts.

use MT-90 for the tranny, it will help smoothen out some of notchyness.

Is that Redline brand MT-90, or just a generic rating?

got redline mt-90 in mine.. go to redlines site and they give a list of all shops in you area that carry it.. call ahead and see how much they want per quart of it.

i got mine from a hidden porschce/lambo/jag tuner in downtown cleveland in the middle of the ghetto.. i think i paid ike 4 bones a bottle for it..

www.summitracing.com sells it also..

I heard somewhere that Redline synthetics can cause gear clash. Something about interfering w/ the synchros. Anyone know anything about that? I'd like to use it in both my cars, but I don't really wanna experiment w/ my trannies...

Thanks for the heads-up, cymfc3s. I was wondering why I was hearing conflicting info on that.

I got MT-90 in the tranny, and it was a major difference. I also did Redline ShockProof in the rear end. It needed a fluid change anyway.
