I've got 4 quarts of this stuff in my garage, would it be ok or even beneficial to use it in my S5 T2 trans? What I'm confused about is my Haynes shop manual says to use GL5 lubricant, but the Redline bottle says its compatible with other GL#, but says nothing about being ok to use in GL5 applications.

 

I use it exclusively. Great stuff for any RX-7 or miata transmission.

 

a simple search wouldve gave you an answer...


but yes... use it!
