Redline MT-90 oil

Has anyone used Redline MT-90 oil in there rearend? The back of the bottle says that you can use it in rearends except those that use GL-5. The haynes manual says to use GL-5. I have a '86 base without limited slip rearend. Can I use the Readline MT-90?

I wouldn't.&nbsp Redline specifically recommends 75W90 for the rear end.&nbsp The MT-90 doesn't have sulfates in them; sulfates are a good bearing load additive.&nbsp If you got no LSD, then run the "75W90NS".

I have been using the Redline shock proof in my Tacoma Pre-runner, for about a year now and have just put it in my 'verts diff right now with no problems.

I 2nd that ShockProof vote! That stuff is suppose to be pretty good at keeping that precious rear end safe.
