GA Rebuilt S4 with FD housings

I rebuilt my S4 with FD housings are the spart plugs in a slightly different location?

I've read so many different opinions.

If you used a pair of FD housings, there is nothing to worry about.

the spark plugs do move between the US S4, and the FD.

the only problem is if you mix one S4 and one S5/FD, and have one of each.

note, the spark plug LOCATION and ignition TIMING are DIFFERENT. so your ignition timing doesn't change at all.

Wait so if the location and ignition timing are DIFFERENT then why do I NOT change my timing?

Sorry just a little confusing.

the ignition timing is relative to the e shaft/rotor position, and not where the spark plug is. so stock timing at idle is -5 ATDC, on both the S4 and S5

don't worry about it.

the simple thing to say is that change nothing as if the housings were original.
