Rebuilt engine results

So I tore apart my engine and I think the rear rotor might have had just two side seals on one of the sides. What would that cause? Also I had the RA soft seals but one of the inner ones that are teflon ecapsuled was all melted and smashed but were installed correctly so the thing i am tring to figure out is why it would not idle or start without oil in the spark plug holes.

About two weeks ago. The reason i took it apart was because the apex seals weren't bouncy. Like about 5 of them were stuck and wouldn't move so i took it apart.

what apex seals did you use and what apex seal springs and was the engine ever overheated, overboosted, leaned out, etc..

completely losing a side seal means the port work was incorrect.

I assure you, if it was smashed, it was not installed correctly.
