thanks HAILERS for the suggestions, i just finished doing that!
when I spin the CAS, i can clearly hear the injectors firing, and there is definately spark.....biiiiiiiiig spark! and I def have fuel....but i dont know if I am getting too much fuel....are my fuel rails supposed to be hissing? it sounds like a fuel leak? i tried to unflood it but stiill nothing...and i can't do the starting fluid because it's turbo and FMIC.....the fluid will never make it to the engine

With the no compression reading now, and knowing it had compression to start before, I would crank it over for 5-10 seconds 5 times in a row with the spark plugs out then get a fluid pump or a turkey baster and put a little oil in the chambers and crank it over a few seconds, then a little more oil, then reinstall spark plugs and EGI fuse and try to start it, and try to start it immediately don't hesitate at the on position, go directly from off to cranking.

Did you adjust the idle speed screw all the way out or move the throttle stop to idle higher? Do you have any fuel adjustments entered into your SAFC?

So you've got 720cc primary and secondaries? Don't you want to lean out the mixture about 25% at idle? Although I'm not sure if that will make a difference for starting since based on what I've read about other systems it probably doesn't use the AFM signal during cranking.

Don't you need to adjust your idle speed so it will idle higher for the rebuild break-in, something like 1500 rpm?

Here, have you read kevin's rebuild startup procedures?

Have you checked to make sure you are getting spark while cranking? If your cas wasnt turning with the motor it would not let the plugs fire and leave an injector open. Thats probably what the hissing coming from the injector is, it is constantly shooting fuel.

so you have spark and fuel for sure you've said. no leaky injectors? what's your fuel pressure like? no chance of injector impedence mix up? have you bench tested your tps?

to me the initial start for 3 seconds then dies sounded like the timing was off or the air flow meter is out of wack. I wish you the best of luck man and I guess the last piece of advice I have is, even though you have done a majority of the checks I would start again if you are stumped and document it as you go so you can be 110 percent sure. this has caught me in the past!!
