rebuild? replace? my vert has been sitting for about 2 years

my 88 vert has been sitting for about 2 years now, somewhere in the first month or so the apex seals siezed up, i tried to AFT them back to life(hey it worked on another car..) but had no luck, so now im finally getting around to fixing it, but with about 150k already on it, should i even bother trying to reuse any of the internals? or externals for that matter, or should i just start from scratch?

thanks for your help

With 150k miles on the engine, if it's a typically maintained (neglected) NA, it's nearing the end of it's service life anyway. Pull it out, take it apart, take a look at stuff. If the seals are just stuck (not destroyed), the housings may be reusable. They may just be worn out, though.

You should be able to reuse most of the parts - rotors, bearings (depends on how they look/measure), side seals, etc.

All the external parts on the engine should be fine. You'll want to consider sending the fuel injectors in to be cleaned though.
