rebuild or replace?

what you think is better ?the old engine 13B 150 ps is with out combretion at the behind rotor.Somebody say that the rebuild engines is only for 15-20 thousens miles. But replace with new engine i can't, better buy another car,or the engine from secont hand don't have warranty...what's your opinion??this engine life stopped at 130000miles.

A good rebuild will last for far more than 15-20 thousand miles. And, if the engine only has 130,000 miles on it, the housings should still be in pretty good shape, unless the rear (behind) rotor seals came apart and destroyed the rotor housing and/or rotor...
