rebuild or not ?

I have jspec s5 TII engine stripped to short block right now. I did a compression test when it was in the car : 92 psi on front rotor and 95 on rear rotor. Some say its good numbers other say it's borderline. I need to know what to do ? Rebuild or not ?

Thanks for help guys!

Alex

its borderline... If you got the time/money, rebuild it. If not, run it.

Anythig below 100 is getting weak. 90 is borderline. Anything below 80 is dead on weak and crap ***. Rebuilds usually develop 115-125psi, and healthy used mtors are usually between 115 and 100.

IF you can, rebuild it. IT is probably a 6 month-1 year motor as it is. As someone put it well in another thread, a turbo II can turn 95psi into 0 very quickly, as opposed to an NA, which might last a couple years on those numbers.
