Rebuild kits? best site?
Rebuild kits? best site?
ok, first i apologize, i'm sorta new to the rotary world, but i'mthinkin about picking up this rx7 2nd gen that needs no coolant seals, which i understand could use a rebuild kit...and as i hear they run about 700ish....well does anyone know the best place to pick it up? and the severity? as could i, and a couple 240 guys get it done in a day? well let me know, and i'm sorry i tried serach but it brought up a million things that didnt relate, sorry! and thanks
search. in a day probly not. + you need knowledge of a rotary to rebuild one. Second bad coolant seals ushaly means over heated and that means new housings that means betor choice is remand motor.
Well, lets see here.
Rebuilding a rotary isnt rocket science, but the Atkins rebuild would help. And what Iceblue is trying to say is.. Once you blow a coolant seal, then you let the motor sit for a while, that water intrusion will trash one of your rotor housings..

No kit, just put it together with various company's components.
