if I find out that my engine is not doing to hot is it better to do a complete rebuild or buy another engine. I am looking to make this thing fast and not drive it everyday. It is going to be a project car. I do not want ot poor a whole lot into just the engine though so what is my best route.

 

What makes you think the engine's going?

If the Apex seals are week, then a basic rebuild kit should do it ($800-$1500).
