Im in the process of starting to put my motor back together and i have a few questions. The original motor of the car is an S4 TII that was street ported and took a dump. I bought a motor of the forum wich was an S5 TII that after i put it in turned out to have a bad oil seal. Since both motors were bad i decided to use the S4 housings and iorns wich were already ported very nice and are still usable with the complete internals of the S5 motor. My question is if theres anything i need to adjust before start up like timing or anything i might need to look out for? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

 

You need to stab the CAS properly. After that it's all taken care of by the ECU. Once the engine has warmed, adjust the TPS.
