Rear washer tank up front Q's

Fero313 is planning to use my old rear washer tank and pump for the front since his bottle is 'missing'. I looked at the FSM and it seems like the front has an oval shaped 4 pin plug and the rear has a 2 pin.

So-

Has anyone tried this before. Searching found nothing useful at all (shocker).

It would be ideal to run off the factory switch. I know the wiring will have to be reworked to reach the new bottle. I am guessing he will put it where the charcoal canister was.

Any help would be great.

Its just 12v on and off... Use spade connectors on the stock harness if the connector won't fit.

Yeppers... That SHOULD be documented in the FSM.. If not, try one... then the other. I don't think you'll blow up the motor... Or, you could try it with a lower voltage if you are afraid.

Well hell, if the wires are backwards the motor will just turn the opposite direction.

Maybe we can rig it to suck the water off the windshield!!

Lol.
