rear tail lights, ?

I need to find the color of wire that powers the rear lights, (parking lights) my front's work, just not the rear. the dash lights R powered by a White/green wire coming out of the light switch. this wire fried before. and it powered the rear tail lights too. now the dash lights work fine but the tail lights R out. where do I go from here? the fuses all seem to be fine. is it the switch?

The dash and tail lights are on different circuits (the dash lights come off the dimmer). The front and rear taillights are fed by a black wire with a red stripe.

Download the FSM wiring diagrams. They are invaluable for this sort of troubleshooting.

Ok I've been reading about the wiring... is it black and red or red and black? I have power to the red and green, white/green, and the red and black. the black and red, doesn't. when I jumper from the white/green to the black/red, I hear a click and the volt gauge jumps up to 16 or so. so I don't think the black/red is the tail lights wire. I thought there would be a way to jumper power to the tail lights. since I've got power I'm sure it's not the switch. all the lights work except the rear driving lights. some have said the red/black wire is the tail lights power. where does it go after the light switch... I know it plugs into another connector, but where does it go from there? to the cpu? does anyone have a link to the FSM diagrams? I need it!! please!! thanks.

um it didn't work. thanks for trying though. can anyone else help? when I jumper the wire into the red and black, I get dash lights, and when I jumper into the red and green, (I may have reversed the wire green and black but these R the results, just maybe flipped around) I get front driving lights only. shouldn't I be getting the rears at the same time? any suggestions... I'm still searching.

If just the rear lights are not working, more than likely something is disconnected (like the ground) at the rear lights.

If it was the switch, both front and rear would be out.
