Ok Fri i had a local shop (im good friends with the owner) put on two new tires on the rear of it, he jacked it up by the rear diff. then driving it about 11 miles i noticed it handled like ***. So i took it back and we put i on the lift. everything looked fine, tell he grabed the drivers side rear tired and pulled it in and out about and inch total in travel. The whole half axle moved along with it. What should i do to fix it, and what could also be causing this. thanks so much if theres some where else i should post let me know i need the help its on a 87 gxl

 

Your friend is probably going to recommend you check the axle bearings before your wheel falls off.
