Rear suspension question, mostly about Turbo FCs
I've owned one Turbo FC and have either driven by a couple or come across a couple for sale, and they all seem to have the same problem:
The rear wheels seem to come in towards each other at the top, and stick out at the bottom. I want to call this "camber", but, I'm not sure if I'm right, and really don't care to double check. I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about.
What's the deal with that? Is it only on Turbos? Is it just worn out springs and or shocks? How do you remedy it?

The springs on older cars tend to sag. As that happens, more negative camber is created at neutral stance.

But if it is that bad, it may be more then just sagging springs.
It could be something as simple as the camber link (forgot what it's called) bolt falling out. But you'd really need to look under the car.
I can sell you a whole subframe though :P

Yes, it's called "camber" or more accurately "negative camber".
Yes, old, sagging suspension tends to do that to the rears.
A lowered suspension can also do that.
You should be able to fit at least 3 fingers in between the top of the tire and the bottom edge of the rear fender lip.
This is a quick and dirty test to see if the rear is "too low".
A rear camber adjust bar can fix it.
Yes, it can also indicate a sign of rear suspension damage, so inspect the car very thoroughly.

Thanks guys. This T2 might just be too good to pass up at the price, although I need another 7 like I need a hole in the head.
