rear steer bushing/dogtracking

Whenever I open up the throttle my rearend feels like its turning, but it keeps going straight. I looked underneath my car and noticed that one of the rear steer bushings was missing and in its place, they put in several washers. Could that be what is causing the problem? Also, my car was also hit back there. Nothing looks bent, though. Any input would help.

Well if their is any frame damage than that would cause that feeling. As for those washers I would recommend removing them as soon as possible and replacing with new bushings. That could cause an accident or something to break.

It's definitely the washers. They'd cause a "loose" feeling in the rear end that would equate to a similar feeling to "torque steer" in a front wheel drive car.
