Rear pillow ball bearings

I'm planning on changing my rear pillow ball bearings. I've got almost 310K original miles on the pillow *****. Hopefully, changing the trailing arm's pillow *****, rubber bushings and control links will solve my clunking problem. I tried searching but couldn't find anything. Has anyone changed their pillow ball bearings? If so, than what were your experiences with the job. I know that they're pressed-in, but can these bearings be replaced without removing the trailing arms?
