Rear end and tranny question

I have a 88 gxl na and I'm putting in a 13bt rew ( pretty much in) and will the stock tranny and rear end from my 88 na hold the power with my engine with some minor mods? CAI, FMIC, Boost controller, new exhaust that's about it for now....haha if anyone can let me know it would be awesome!!! And thanks in advance! -Mike.

Yes, but you'll probably end up shearing off the input shaft gear like Aaron Cake did... twice.

You really need to swap a TII trans and get the mazdatrix custom driveshaft. The rear end should be alright as long as you are okay with having an open diff.
