Not really worth a rebuild when good used ones can be had for dirt cheap. Less than $50 if you are lucky at a junkyard

I got mine out, wasnt hard once i got a breaker bar

id sell you my diff but it would cost more to ship it to you than it would for you to buy it

First! drop the rear of your exhaust! Y pipe back would probly be the best, next drop the subframe, just disconnect the bottem half of the shock from the trailing arm, disconnect the anti-sway bar, then the sub fram linkage thingy, then put some sort of jack under the middle of all this, and maby some blocks on either side so if it falls.. it dont fall far, then just remove the rear diff mounts from the car, and then the bolts that hold the sub frame mounts on, lower it slowly and when its far enought down, slide back to slide the driveshaft out, then to get the diff off the subframe just pull out the obiouse bolts,

i did it not nowing a thing about what i was doing and it took about 2.5 hrs, alot of that was messing with my damn exhaust

g'luck!

i will be looking for a new center section for next summer. My friend with a MkIII Supra just installed 4.30:1 final diff in his car, and it made a huge difference. I was wondering if there was anything lie this avalible for the T2? I know the 4.11s are nice, but i dont plan on going 180+ anytime soon
