rear diff oil what weight oil do you use and how much

going to change the tranny oin and rear oil weds but i just need to know what weight and how much to use

I prefer and recommend Redline oils.
MT-90 in the trans - 3 quart bottles
75W90 (75W90NS if Kouki model) in the rear diff - 2 quart bottles
