Rear control arm bushings

Has anyone had any probems pressing in the rear control arms? I pressed both sides in and they went in fine but when I pressed in the metal sleeve, they both expanded out too much to bolt onto the subframe. Anyone know what is going?

There is an inner steel bushing that has to be chiselled out.
