Polyurethane bushing install - question about rear bushings

I just got the stock rear bushings out of my suspension and I went to put in my new ones when I came across a small problem - they don't fit.

Is there more disassembly required? What I'm getting at is, are there two steel sleves that go on the outside of the stock bushings aswell?

Thanks in advance, Alex.

Here's the steel sleeves I'm talking about, you can see in the center a gap between the two?

Yeah, that inner sleeve has to be pressed out, or chisseled out.

Thanks Nismo, all signs were pointing to removing it, just wanted to be sure.
