soo does anybody know how to pull the counter weight out?

If you are talking about a stock Flywheel counterweight on a Manual transmissions, you can't. It is part of the flywheel.

i use a timing gear puller from the part store and air tools .. you can figure it out from there. DONT JAM THE END IN THE PILOT BEARING .. just figured i throw that common sense out there
