Rear caliper parts id?

After a few weeks of searching im not sure what too do, the "local" Mazda shop is also pretty clueless som its no way im leaving it in their hands as they couldnt even really understand wich parts i was looking for tho i showed em the parts fische ( thats alarming).

It comes down too the 1 pot rearbreak on the S5, there are a few rubber bushings/gaskets ( english aint my first language sorry ) That im gonna need replaced since the old ones are either too poorly kept or cracked or the simple fact that i cut a few of em too ittybitty pieces too get em off before sandblasting and re-lube/paint.

Ive made a parts picture of the rear brake but im not really sure i got the correct parts marked of, therefore ill also throw in pics of the parts themselves so maybe someone can help me identify them, problem is they didnt come with the standard brake overhaul kit that Mazda delivers, i only got rubbers for the pots and a few other minor things.
Dont mind the dirty keyboard this computer sits in the garage

Getting this fixed is the only thing preventing me from getting my freshly ported engine on the road so i can start breaking it in. It will also save me if not 1000 but maybe 2000 bucks in trade off calipers.

Would anyone know what im looking for?

1. I think i got that one down correct on the parts fische.
2. Rubber bushing? Not sure i have it correct in the parts fische. u can see half of the inner ring is missing
3.There is supposed too be a very small rubber cover through that hole wich has a what i think is a rubber ring on the inside that works as a coushin for the.Im not actually sure it displays on the parts fische?

Parts Fische:

These are all 3 essential parts for rebuilding a caliper, hope someone can help me out identifying them.

Thanks people

Thomas

1 and 2 are included in the boot kit you highlighted. On the fiche 3 looks like another bushing to me.

Here in UK I have found I have to take the diagram into the dealers.
They have dropped the Fiche system and replaced with a computerised one.
Guess what they changed the part numbers..why!!
