Rear brake caliper piston sticking

(This was also posted on the Brake Forum so dont answer twice if you seen this there.)

I have the caliper that the piston twists in and out well it goes out fine but I can turn it and turn it and it wont go back in. Is there any way to fix this? ALSO I cant find anything on rebuilding the rear caliper the HAynes manual says due to the complexity of rebuilds you should leave this to a mechanic. Is this true or is pretty easy?

Also with the caliper off wheels off and *** end jacked up in neutral and parking brake off how easy should it be to turn the rear axle- is it somewhat stiff because your turning everything inside the rear end? or should it spin pretty easy?
