Real Rough Run - What did I do?

Recently installed new exhaust manifold and 3" turbo back exhaust with race cat.
Engine ran beautifully - could actually hear just the noise of belts.
Took it out for a quick but near full open run and heard what seemed like a series of clicking or slapping noises. It quickly lost power and had to limp home on what felt like 1 rotor. At mild rev - it sounds like it is sucking air or starving for it.
It has run rough like this since. TPS is runs from 1 - 11ohm at WOT so is known to be going bad but I don''t think that is the issue (yet). Replaced wires, plugs and fuel filter.
Here are 6 A/V clips (From Compression clips to exhaust note and engine in between) of the engine in this state so any ideas would be appreciated as to what the problem is:

1) Front Rotor Compression: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...35478971415857

2) Rear Rotor Compression: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...74416998868756

3) Engine Sound – Passenger Side: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...62579141479010

4) Engine Sound – Driver’s Side: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...43517839077373

5) Engine Sound – Revving: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...20766917077775

Doesnt sound blown, but youve got some issues.

Check every hose, tube and intake pipe, make sure you didnt blow anything off.Check the TID and around the AFM.

No doubt with a 3" system your gonna be increasing boost levels.Do you have a good boost gauge? What is you current boost level?Do you have any kind of supporting mods to go with what that exhaust can flow?......FCD,fuel pump, bigger secondary injectors, full tuneup......

No, I don't have a boost guage but I'm guessing I'm boosting around 9 psi, because of my FCD (Racing beat). I've also got a safc... I've changed all the fluids after I got the exhaust.... PLEASE HELP ME!!!

get a boost gauge... for sure
you don't want to be overboosting.... and to my knowledge (correct me if i'm wrong) FCD is a fuel cut defenseer... just prevents fuel cut when putting out more boost than the ECU can handle.. right?
