ok I'm getting retarded amounts of blow by that has to be caused by something internal because nothing else would make sence. I was just wondering what I WILL need just because I took it back apart? I also did a compression test and found that I was getting 90psi front and 100psi rear so for an engine with less than 3k miles that is just too low for me and must be where this blow by is comming from. Anyways I'm just in need of a rotary rebuilders help here, thanks.

If you are smart..get a new seal set. Not apex, but everything else.

Edit: Also, check all the specs on anything you reuse, including apex seals. At 90/100 compression, they could somehow be severely worn..I guess.

Using Rotary Aviation? :P

yeah I am using RA seals however am changing those out to 3mm apex seals when I do the re rebuild. So you wouldn't even keep the coolant seals or outer oil seals? I'm deffinatley changing the oil control seals to mazda oem as well. I guess all the orings will be fine still?

You're sure you want to use 3mm seals? Those aren't generally recommended for most uses. Remember that with less than 4000 miles on your rebuild, compression might not have completely built up yet.

well the I may be getting a pretty good deal on 3mm apex seals and don't mind the slight extra potection against broken apex seals. Well the 90/100psi compression numbers just really sealed the deal for me. What started it was seeing how much blow by was going on, it can't be because of anything other than something internal. I get roughly 1 1/2 quarts over in less than 2 days after an oil change.

edit; also I used to have about 97 front and 105 rear and now it's dropped so i have no idea whats going on internally.
