Yes, you just need to plug off the turbo oil drain in the side of it.

I may be completely wrong here since it's been a long while since I've seen a 13BRE with it's original front cover, but I don't think it has the casting for the CAS sensor. Like the REW, I'm fairly sure that the RE uses hall sensors and a trigger wheel.

I'm looking right now, but can't find out for sure. Every picture of a 13B RE I can find has either had another front cover swapped on (ie. installation into 1st gen) or is at an angle where that are is invisible.

According to this thread, the CAS is the same as the FC. So it should work.

I believe it, RETed seems to be very knowledgeable, especially about the RE. Thanks for searching for me. (at work peeking at pc between tasks)

Also, theres no chance the oil returns are in the same place as the TII right?

The RE uses the same CAS as the FCs, so you can use the FC CAS. The oil return in the front cover is in the same place as the TIIs. I really don't think think there is any difference at all between the RE front cover and the S5 TII front covers. The RE uses an electric OMP like the S5s.

The only thing I can think of if you are using an S4 ECU is that you will have put a block off plate over the OMP and premix. There isn't a mecahnical OMP that will work in place of the electric unit the S5 and RE uses. Otherwise I see no other problems
