RE Amemiya Type 1 Spoiler on an FC S5 Vert?

Would it fit on my S5 convertible and not look terribly awkward? Has anyone else tried this? Also how is the quality?

How is the lack of opening the trunk after you put it on?

Oh. Hadnt quite thought of that. Good thing I haven't bought one. How about the type2? Does that fit completely on the trunk or does it not fit right at all with the width?

type 2 goes all the way across also, bolts up by the antenna on coupes.(that area, outside edges)
you'd be better off with a "duck bill" type spoiler...Or a GT type wing that just mounts on the trunk with it's 2 pedestals.

I can't find a nice duckbill anywhere. I've looked around the internet but I've been unable to find anything

You don't look hard enough.I just saw one for sale for $40.
It pays to skim the ads,not just the Titles but the actual content!

Hahaha ok yeah I actually found a few just now on the classifieds. I usually don't like buying from forums but these seem pretty genuine. The spoilers get swooped up fast though hahaha

We have a pretty good bunch of guys here,so there isn't a lot of Bad transactions.
BUT it is still Buyer Beware and at your own risk.
I personally can count the bad ones I have had on one hand, and that is in EIGHT years here..and a LOT Of parts. My Itrader started after I had sold like 50 parts on here!..and bought about the same.

There is a vendor on these very forums who has a modified duckbill you can buy in fiberglass or carbon fiber wrap.

My favorite one is the Tamon Design duck tail. It is around 300.
