Doubtful. I don't have true duals, but I do have turbo housings and it doesn't do that. Maybe a gasket popped out and is flapping or something? I doubt it would last very long though....
One more thing - is it exactly the same from both pipes, or is it just coming from one pipe?

My old N/A had a similar sound to it. although not as bad as that. The actuators were having a slow operating issue.

It is coming out both pipes at the same time. Before I switched to Megasquirt, it only did it on the drivers side pipe. It's not the actuators because they aren't hooked up and I does it before 4,000 rpm anyway. It will do it on the decel from 2,000.

I would make anoher vid for you guys but my car is currently getting cold air for the cone filter via the brake ducts, and therefore, out of service.
