Ran trouble codes today...

I got 5, 8, 12, 17,18

Knock sensor, o2 sensor, tps, afm.

My car has recently started hesitating and bucking and cutting fuel during boost. What could this be?

89 turboii btw. Anybody experience this? Tomorrow I spend the whole day in my engine bay with a multimeter!!!

i think an 18 is a tps narrow range. That will cause that bucking

Great, any idea on how to fix it? Readjust the TPS? Does that just lose it's place?

Readjusting TPS, Fast Idle, and Idle all came up short. 17 and 18 are gone but it still bucks on accel, in and out of boost, in every gear, but only some of the time.

Please, I need help.

Checked AFM's voltage. Dead spots EVERYWHERE. Replaced AFM with my 90 GTU's AFM and it runs fine!!!

Anybody know the differences between Turbo and Non-turbo AFM? Besides part number, does it read better or something? I know Nissan's do. 300ZX Mafs get converted onto 240s to read the incoming air better.

Can I leave this like this until I buy a turbo afm? Thanks!!
