Rain leak?

After driving my 86 in the rain, I've noticed that the front drivers seat belt is wet when I pull it out from the retracters located in the panel behind the seat. Obviously rain water is getting into this cavity somehow. Possible a plugged drain from the sunroof? Anybody have any experience with this.
Thanks

Some members have been able to clear the drain tube with a short wire.
I had to pull the headliner to clean out mine.
