Radio wireing nightmare

Hey all, so I got this car and the radio harness has been all hacked up. I have searched and it got me this far. OK so the plug is cut off and in the harness so far I have found:
Brown +/- Front left speaker (kick panel)
Ign +
+ on all the time
White AMP turn on (I can hear it click on and off)

Now there are still 3 wires that I cannot identify

A larger Blue with a white stripe
Solid Blue
Blue with orange stripe
A 6 pin connecter that is black and round (kinda like an computer keyboard plug)

SO there should be 3 more speakers that I am missing, I have only identifyed one so far

And the car is an 88 vert, and from what I have read the headrest speakers get their signal from the rear (door) speakers.
Thanks, Philip

you dont need the round plug. what i did on my install was get fosgate amp and ran the door speakers and the under dash speakers to it and ran the headrest speakers off the head unit itself. BUT ALWAYS RUN NEW WIRE.....when i didn't i got a short and a small spark and smoke coming up from under the dash...hahaha crappy factory wiring...

OK, so I think i kinda got some of it figured out, but I'm still wondering

1. What is the round 2 pin plug? where does it go and what does it do?

2. Where do these wires go:
Front Speakers (maximum of a 15 watt peak from the radio):
LtGreen/Red= Left
LtGreen/Black= Left

LtGreen= Right
LtGreen/Yellow=Right
I don't seem to have any of those wires in the dash, i need to track them down.
Thanks all!

6 pin round plug is low level to one of the amps.

If this is a convertible, the front door speaker amp.

and again if this is a convertible then you will find the speaker wires at the amp behind the drivers dash speaker

so IF I want to use the factory amp, is that a low level input? and do you know which wires do what? Like is there a pin code plug for that wire?
and yes its a 88 vert

And thanks for the help icemark!

standard amp low level 50mV, so be careful on High op amp outputs (2volt) or it will over drive the amp
