No tail, tag,or markerlights

No tail, tag,or markerlights

I got an 88 nonturbo and I cant get my tail, marker and taglights to work. the wires look ok bulbs are good. All I can think of is the headlight switch, that I cant find yet. Theres also a relay in the cpu. By the way everything else is ok like dashlights.

checked the fuses i cant tell witch fuse is for the tail lights my cover is missing,but there all good.
