86J you from Calgary? nice. I live up here in Beaumont(5 minutes south of Edmonton). how this center piece can come from a sable? man i totaly need a cup holder!!! Those poverty ones that are in the glove box suck big time! How the hell are they gonna hold cups with a 1cm lip?!
The only problem with the cup holder is that when a cup is in it, it sit a little too close to the cd deck. i can fit pop cans in there perfectly but some larger drinks hit the deck. I wanted to push the deck in so it was flush but all the wires wont let it push back any more.
Im going out ot my car to get some picture,

Your pic worked:

I also changed the lights in the Alpine to orange, so at night the lights are orange for the buttons, but the display is still white/blue (which actually matches the factory clock on the 87-92 FCs).

Not bad for a $90 ebay alpine deck and a $5 cup/coin holder
