Radiator Flushing

I've read the radiator flushing procedure on RETed's site and i have two questions regarding it, one is that after you drain both the radiator and block, it says to add the Superflush and water into the coolant system, does that mean the radiator only? and also is the Superflush necessary in the flushing procedure? is it ok to just add water? thx for your time.

The Superflush cleans the cooling system internally, you need it. Put the flush in and the fill the entire system with water. Since you have drained it from the block ad radiator, it should be about 95% empty of the old fluid. You refill the system the same as you would just topping off the radiator.
