All that is is a stock Mazda FD unit.
Problem is that most Zenki FC's use that unit as an overlfow with a sprung cap.

There. Fixed.

Thanks for the part info, HAILERS. I just discovered my plastic rad cap housing was leaking (that explains my slow untraceable loss of coolant...) and had no idea that an aluminum version was used on the FD.

Yep, been using one for YEARS!

Since mine was a bypass type, I drilled and tapped for a fitting - 1/8"NPT with a 1/4" male barb.
You need to cut down the NPT threaded side, since it needs to be shallow enough to allow the bypass, sprung cap to seat correctly (you'll understand once you stare at it enough).
This fill neck will NEVER fail like the plastic piece of **** original part!

Since I take my coolant bottle line from the rad cap of my Fluidyne, I had long since plugged the plastic nipple by grinding it off, tapping it, then installing a grub screw. So no issues here.

I just seen that Mazdatrix sells brackets to fit a Koyo.

I thought it was bolt in to the stock location?

Confused!

when you install the koyo you have to use the old radiator brackets from the ends of the factory rad. they bolt on,,,
