ditto, .9 bar or 13psi is stock pressure for the FC cooling system. you would only be putting more stress on the cooling system and taking more of a chance on something failing.

This is a little side note I have been searching but I dont mean to highjack your thread. What bar is a N/A S5 suppose to run? I currently have a 0.9 on it and it takes forever to warm up could this be the problem maybe i need a 1.3?

.9 is stock for all FC3S, your problem is unrelated to the cap, your thermostat could be stuck open or your fan clutch could be going out.

The cooling system pressure is created by the coolant expanding because its temp is rising. If it's slow to warm up, the pressure will be slow to rise too. A higher pressure cap simply raises the maximum system pressure, so it will do nothing for your problem.
Sounds like a thermostat stuck open. Go to Mazda (nowhere else) and get a new one.

high pressure rad cap gives me a few extra laps at the race track. as soon as my cap opens all the coolant boils/steams in the overflow line and the cooling system gets air bubbles in it. as soon as it gets air bubbles it starts boiling and overheating really fast. soooo.... a high pressure rad cap could be what u want if this is the situation u r in, lol.
Important: i am not saying this is good for the car. the extra pressure could *** **** up. i personally would rather take that risk than overheat my engine every 3 laps:P

I would say racing a car with an obviously undersized cooling system is not only risky but just plain dumb. The higher pressure simply raises the boiling point. It does not make higher temps okay for the engine!
I think you should've kept this bad advice to yourself.
